2004/2005 saw a major change in the business when new areas were identified in the food packaging market, with the company seeking evaluation to the BRC/IoP global standard for food packaging and other packaging materials. This incorporated major changes in order to supply direct food contact packaging to the food industry. A high care production area was created within the company with a full and comprehensive training programme of food packaging hygiene requirements being implemented.
